Picture 1 is of  a small flag for a Rear Admiral the type worn on the front of a vehicle.

Picture 2 is a list of sea-riders from the communications branch.

Picture 3 is of FOST staff taken outside the FOST offices in Portland dockyard in 1974.  Some sea-riders were busy at sea, so it is not the complete staff. I am back row [stood on chairs] extreme left.
